The Harmonic Egg®
The Harmonic Egg® is a sanctuary of sound, light, and sacred geometry—a nurturing space designed to hold you in harmony and vibration. Within the Egg, layers of resonance create a three-dimensional sound experience that supports deep stillness, reflection, and inner alignment.
Each session begins with a gentle conversation about what is currently present in your life—areas where you may be feeling challenged, blocked, or out of balance—as well as your intention for the session. Guided by this sharing, your practitioner intuitively selects the colours and music to support your unique journey. You’ll rest comfortably in a zero-gravity chair for 40 minutes, immersed in sound and light, followed by 10 minutes of silence to allow your experience to naturally settle and integrate. After your time in the Harmonic Egg®, you’ll spend a few moments grounding and reflecting on anything that arose during your session.
Sessions at Harmonic Wellness Centre include one-to-one support with a Registered Social Worker. This professional training allows for a trauma-informed, ethically grounded approach that supports emotional regulation, reflection, and integration alongside the Harmonic Egg® experience.
Session Cost:
Introductory Session (110 minutes): $175
Available for first-time clients at Harmonic Wellness Centre,
(required even if you have experienced the Harmonic Egg® elsewhere). This session includes 50 minutes of one-to-one time with your practitioner and 50 minutes in the Harmonic Egg®. Introductory pricing is offered to support you in beginning your journey with us.
Follow-Up Sessions:
80-minute session: $145
Includes a check-in, Harmonic Egg® session, and integration time. Ideal for ongoing support and nervous system regulation.
100-minute session: $200
Includes 50 minutes of one-to-one time with your practitioner and 50 minutes in the Harmonic Egg®, including integration time. This session offers spacious support for deeper reflection and continued alignment.
Egg Resonance Packages & Membership
For those who feel called to experience the Egg regularly, we offer supportive package options and a monthly membership to encourage consistency and deeper integration.
3-Session Package – $405
A wonderful way to begin or build momentum.
10-Session Package – $1,300
Ideal for those committed to deeper, cumulative benefits.
6-Month Membership – $120/month
Created for clients who come once a month and value ongoing support.
Includes:

Energy Work
Energy Wellness sessions offer a supportive, nurturing space to restore harmony within the mind, body, heart, and spirit. Each session is intuitively guided and uniquely shaped by your energy, intentions, and what is ready to be released or supported in the moment.
Sessions may include a blend of chakra balancing, releasing old patterns or stagnant energies, soul retrieval, Reiki, grounding practices, and other intuitive techniques. These elements are thoughtfully woven together to help you reconnect with your natural flow, inner wisdom, and sense of wholeness.

Add-On: Channeled Angelic Message
Cost: $50
This personalized message is channeled prior to your session. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to allow adequate time to receive and integrate the message for your highest benefit.
Spiritual Guidance
Spiritual guidance sessions offer gentle insight and clarity through meaningful, intuitive conversation. These sessions are often led through dialogue, allowing space for questions, reflection, and deeper understanding. Whether you are seeking direction, healing old patterns, or wishing to strengthen your connection with your higher self, spirit guides, or angels, each session unfolds naturally based on what is present for you.
Together, we explore the wisdom of your soul, bringing awareness to how your guidance team communicates with you and offering support on how to deepen and trust your existing spiritual practices. These sessions invite clarity, peace, and alignment as you continue to walk your unique path.
For those who feel called, the Harmonic Egg® may be added on following your Spiritual Guidance Session. This gentle energetic experience supports integration and alignment, allowing the insights received during your session to settle more deeply into your body and field.

Holistic Social Work Support
Holistic Social Work Support offers supportive, holistic conversations for individuals navigating life challenges, transitions, and emotional stress—without entering formal psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
This service is often sought by people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward, but who are not looking for diagnosis-based or clinical therapy. The focus is on understanding your lived experience, strengthening inner resources, and supporting healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Sessions may include reflective conversation, emotional awareness, boundary exploration, stress support, and gentle, practical tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, and supported in your day-to-day life.
Generalist social work is grounded in a strengths-based, empowerment-focused approach. Rather than “fixing” problems, the work supports insight, choice, resilience, and self-connection—always at your pace and in alignment with what feels meaningful to you.
This service can be especially supportive for individuals experiencing:
• Life transitions or periods of change
• Stress, burnout, or nervous system overwhelm
• Relationship or family challenges
• Grief or loss
• Boundary concerns or people-pleasing patterns
• Emotional processing and self-awareness work
Generalist social work is not psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental illness. It is a supportive, relational practice that honours the whole person and their lived experience.
