Meet Kathleen, the heart and soul behind Harmonic Wellness Centre, an enchanting haven for alternative healing and wellness seekers. With a genuine passion for alternative healing practices, Kathleen embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery that eventually led her to establish this nurturing space.
As a seasoned practitioner and lifelong learner, Kathleen has immersed herself in a myriad of healing modalities, from Reiki, Angel Guidance, Shamanic healing techniques, sound therapy such as crystal singing bowls and tuning forks, and crystal therapy. Her insatiable curiosity and unwavering belief in the power of natural remedies have allowed her to gain a deep understanding of the connection between the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual energies that make up the human body.
Driven by the desire to share the transformative benefits of alternative healing, Kathleen's vision for the centre is clear – to create a sanctuary where individuals can explore a diverse range of healing practices, and feel supported in doing so. Her warm and empathetic nature instantly puts visitors at ease, encouraging them to open up and embrace the healing process.
Kathleen Haase
I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, and after high school attended Mount Royal College and the University of Calgary, where I earned my degree in Social Work. For nearly 10 years, I worked as a registered Social Worker, specializing in supporting children, youth, and families.
In 2011, I met my wonderful husband and became a stepmother to his two amazing sons. We married in 2014 and moved to Langdon, Alberta, the following year. That season brought big changes—I chose to shift my focus from Social Work to education, completing my Early Childhood Diploma through Montessori Teachers College. I went on to teach Montessori preschool for more than 8 years, and in 2019, I opened my own Casa Classroom in Langdon, where I joyfully guided preschoolers for 4 years.
My path expanded again in 2020, when I took my first Holy Fire (III) Reiki class and discovered the transformative world of energy healing. Since then, I have continued my studies and certifications, including Usui Reiki Master, Holy Fire (III) Master, Angelic Healing Practitioner, Angelic Guidance Practitioner, and numerous Shamanic trainings. Each step has deepened my passion for helping others find balance, healing, and connection.
After stepping away from Social Work for several years, I felt called back to the field and have re-registered as a Social Worker. This allows me to integrate both my professional training and my energy healing background into the work I do today. In my Harmonic Egg sessions, I draw on both disciplines—holding space with compassion, insight, and skill while supporting each person’s unique journey.
Outside of my practice, I cherish time with my family and friends—whether we’re playing cards and board games, bowling or golfing, camping, gardening, exploring new healing modalities, or enjoying the mountains whenever possible.
